1. Length of stay
The client who signs this contract for a specific duration may not claim any right to maintain their presence on the premises at the end of the rental period.
2. Reservation formalities and rates
For reservations made through our secure online reservation system (ONESHOT PAY D’OPEN PRO), the amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card in two installments: 50% of the amount at the time of booking, and the balance 21 days before the start of the stay.
For stays that occur less than 21 days before the arrival date, the full payment will be made at the time of booking. By making this payment, you confirm your full agreement with the specified general conditions below. The prices are in EUROS, including VAT, with a tourist tax in addition. They may be subject to change based on economic conditions or regulatory provisions.
3. Security deposit
As part of the rental, a security deposit of 1000 euros will be required by the owner to cover the cost of repairs or damaged or missing equipment during the inventory check. Payable by check or cash, it will be refunded to you no later than 2 weeks after your departure.
4. Rental
The rental price includes:
- The rental of the house “L’Orée du Phare” from the day of your arrival until the day of departure, for a maximum capacity of 8 people.
- Reservation fees
- Bed linen and towels. The beds are made upon arrival.
- A baby cot (on request)
- Water and electricity consumption
5. Use of premises
We thank you for respecting the peaceful nature of the premises and using them in a manner consistent with their intended purpose. For safety reasons (forest, wooden construction), the entire property is strictly prohibited for smokers and vapers. The roofs are not terraces, and their special coating is extremely fragile. For these reasons, access to them is prohibited. The natural environment in which you will be staying requires respect for the environment (Natura 2000 zone) and peace for the neighborhood. We ask you to respect the well-being of others by avoiding making too much noise outside after 9 p.m. It is prohibited to organize events, parties, or receptions in any form whatsoever. Finally, we thank you for taking care of this house and its equipment as you would for your own home. You are requested to leave the accommodation clean and to report any possible damage.
6. Cancellation by the client
The cancellation conditions are as follows:
- For any stay canceled more than 21 days before the arrival date, the cancellation is total, and the sums paid will be fully refunded to you, except for bank transaction fees on sums already paid.
- For any stay canceled less than 21 days before the arrival or in case of no-show, the amounts paid remain acquired by the owner.
- In case of early departure before the end of the rental period, the entire reserved service remains due to the owner.
7. Cancellation by the owner
In case of external events beyond our control (bad weather, pandemic, etc.) requiring the closure of our establishment, the stay may, at the customer’s choice, be postponed to a later date or fully refunded. If there is any difference in price between the originally chosen date and the rescheduled date, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
8. Arrival/departure
We welcome you at 4:00 p.m. In case of delay, please contact us by phone or SMS to organize your arrival as best as possible. Departure must be made no later than 10:00 a.m.
9. Animals
Pets are not allowed.
The contract specifies that the client cannot stay with a domestic animal. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the client, this refusal cannot be considered in any case as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the client, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains acquired by the owner.
10. Insurance
The client is responsible for all damages caused by them. They must therefore check whether their main home insurance policy provides for vacation rentals. The tenant certifies that they are covered by liability insurance covering their own liability and that of the accompanying persons. The Tenant must send us a copy of their vacation insurance no later than before their arrival. This insurance is generally included in multi-risk home insurance policies.
11. Tourist tax
